Privacy policy
Effective October 19, 2026. This personal tool checks delivery status without reading the contents of files in Google Drive.
Information accessed and purpose
With the owner's consent, the application uses the Google Drive metadata-only read scope to read file and folder names, identifiers, parent locations, sizes, checksums, deletion status and download capability. It compares this metadata with local library files to verify delivery and display a matching Drive link. The permission covers metadata across the consenting account; application queries are limited to configured library paths.
Storage and retention
The OAuth client credential and refresh token are stored on the owner's Windows server with access restricted to its owner and the service account. Short-lived access tokens, verification results and local checksum caches are held in process memory and cleared on restart. Local delivery records remain in the private dashboard database until the owner removes them. This public website receives none of that library or authorization data.
Use and sharing
Google user data is used only for the requested delivery verification, consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. It is not sold, used for advertising, shared with data brokers or used to train AI models. The verifier communicates directly with Google. Results are shown only in the owner's access-controlled dashboard.
Your control
The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections, remove the private credential file and restart the service to clear its memory. Existing local delivery records can be removed separately. Revoking access does not delete any Google Drive files.
